Ben earned his M.S. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Georgia, where he completed a thesis on machine learning–based classification of bird vocalization audio data for the National Parks System. His research introduced a novel human-in-the-loop methodology, enabling more accurate species segmentation and identification. In addition, he holds dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from the same institution, further solidifying his expertise in both the technical and conceptual underpinnings of AI.
