Betty Harper

I am currently working in Education, for the past five years I have been a preschool teacher and now I work as an administrative team lead and safety captain for The Children's Courtyard. I have fostered and nurtured an environment by engaging with children and helping them develop social-emotional, gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, Language and communication skills. I have also helped my team make the best and most effect choices while working in childcare.

Although I enjoy working with children and helping childcare providers understand what it means to engage with children and teach, I know there is more that I can do and offer.

I am an administrative team lead and safety captain for The Children's Courtyard of Douglasville, Ga. I have worked for Learning Care Group as a teacher for 4 years and I have been employed as a team lead for a year.

I graduated and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety Leadership in December of 2015 from Mercer University, and I graduated and received my Associates of Arts degree in Education in July of 2012.
