Bobbie Jones

Currently I am a professional engineer within water resources. I have worked in agricultural irrigation in southern Arizona and California for 18 years. I’ve taken on many roles that a small but growing company offers.

From the beginning of a project to assisting with construction observation. Starting at determining scope of work, cost estimate, design, survey, land aquisition and legal descriptions, project and utility coordination, project plan sets to being on-call for construction questions and the completion of project as-builts. I’ve taking my ability to break down information into retainable bites with the creation of manuals for design, Autocad preferences, and Land Management.

I’ve also taken on the role of training all new hires using these materials and building up their confidence and skill that allows them to make mistakes knowing we will be there to support them. I am firm but always there to jump in when needed at any level. I‘ve set the standard and maintained it’s expectations as they have grown along with the company.

I started with George Cairo Engineering, Inc and it’s sister companies as an inrern and engineering technician. Throughout its growth to its 20th anniversary i have been a part of the comp for 18 of those years. I have continued my career in engineering and bexams a professional engineer licensed in Arizona.
