Hello,

I am a young professional who has worked within Customer service. Particularly I have worked as a customer facing IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for almost 2 years and am looking for a position where I can use these strengths. I have a passion for helping others and have very strong communication skills. I am also able to work in high stress work situations and manage large work loads as was often necessary in my Helpdesk Support position.

I have worked for almost 2 years as an IT Helpdesk Specialist at Westminster Canterbury of the Blue Ridge. I worked there from March of 2022 to September of 2023.

I have about 4 years of college experience, 3 at James Madison and 1 at Franklin University and I am still working towards a degree in Cyber Security.
