I have been in customer service/hospitality for many years. I’m passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. I enjoy the guest interaction and solving any issues that may arise. I take pride in building a strong team.

Managed two restaurants and a hotel bar/restaurant most recently. I have managed teams of employees from a dozen to over thirty with excellent results. I am proficient in all aspects of food and beverage from staffing to inventory to customer satisfaction.

I have completed some individual courses in relation to business management and/or food and beverage operations. I have also completed food safety and responsible alcohol serving courses.
