I am very passionate about coffee. I have been called a master coffee roaster even though I haven't been in the roasting side very long. I am a super sniffer and certified cupper. I absolutely love the coffee industry.
I started out trying to do coffee on my own. In 2022 I got a jog as a green lead at Joe's Garag Coffe and quickly became a roaster after 3 months. I then became the roasting lead and now the roasting manager and run a full team. I have revamped the program and helped rebuild Diedrich Roasters to help produce more efficiently.
Have become a certified cupper.
