I just got laid off of project management for a franchise operated restoration company. Majority of my 10 years experience is sub contractor doing rebuild restoration work. I skilled in all areas of restoration but my strengths are painting, drywall, and trim carpentry.

With over nine years of experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, and project management, I am currently operating Painters Plus as owner/operator delivering quality work on rebuild projects to restoration contractors.

I have previous experience as a Project Manager at ServiceMaster Restore, where I focused on delivering high-quality reconstruction and restoration projects as well as estimating experience with xactimate for Loyear Disaster Restoration.

I am experienced in managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring all work aligns with plans and local codes.

Experienced with dash software. I would utilize dash for rebuild projects to efficiently meet budget and schedule expectations.

My role as an owner/operator of Painters Plus LLC continues to involve pulling permits, scheduling inspections, and maintaining clear communication to address customer concerns promptly.

My work is guided by a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with standards. I am passionate about streamlining processes and fostering positive customer relationships with a heavy emphasis on quality work.

1 semester at Anoka Ramsey Community College which I plan on continuing at Hennepin County Tech for an AA degree that I can transfer to a bs in project management
