My professional journey began as a roughneck, evolving into roles such as Drilling HSE, Workover HSE, and Lease Pumper. Most recently, I served as an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist at ConocoPhillips, where I gained in-depth knowledge of the energy side of the industry including downhole operations and environmental processes. Prior to that, I advanced through Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, from Motor Hand to HSE Advisor and ultimately to HSE Manager overseeing operations in the Permian Basin.
I am passionate about fostering a strong safety culture and driving down TRIR metrics. My approach blends technical expertise, field experience, and a people-focused mindset to ensure safety is never compromised. I am confident that my background and dedication to EHS excellence would make a meaningful contribution to your team.
Over 20 years in the O&G industry. I have been in the drilling division for 20 years and recently converted to the oil and gas companies as a consultant.
