Lead Software Specialist at COSA Planning and Development Services (2024-11 – Present)
- Lead Commercial Review Coordinator - Pre-Screen permits applications and permits in-progress in the ePlan review software ProjectDox from the public and City Staff. Ensuring accuracy, fairness, and adherence to compliance of the City Code of Ordinances and Internationals Codes.
- Development Review Committee Organizer - Create a list of current/upcoming projects and permits to be discussed on Wednesday at 9a-11a. - Pre-Development Point of Contact for Thursday meeting between City Staff and the public. Outside entities such as utility companies, County Staff, and DPS staff can be part of the meeting depending on the situation.
- Supervisory role in Development Services for the Application Station and Plat process - Supervise staff to ensure that all applications are getting to the correct place, stepping in when needed to relieve staff of some of the workload. The same shall be done with Plats but also ensure that conditions are met before accepting filed Plats.
- Administrative Duties of ePlan Review software and Permitting software. This involves solving issues for the public, City Staff, and outside entities including login issues, errors within the software, and resolving project flow issues withing my scope of authority. If the issue falls out of the scope of authority, I then will get the issue over to the proper support staff from the company.

- Electronically manage vehicle assets through the Enterprise Asset Management system, Asset Works. Generate reports to keep up with scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and registration. Monitor assets daily for discrepancies in mileage or hours to determine if assets need be turned in or if the discrepancy is operator error.
- Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment for Street and Bridge. This includes the Supply Room, Parts Room, Crew Storage Sheds and the Street and Bridge Yard.
- Make purchases using Blanket Purchase Orders and specialized purchases using a P-Card to various vendors for equipment, supplies, and parts based on departmental needs and daily operations.

- Research topics to be discussed during broadcast. Find clips, videos, soundbites, or images to be shown during broadcast. Collectively piece together all material to create content to be used in OBS.
- Receive assignments from Ubisoft to be broadcast. Go over power points to pinpoint content that needs to be broadcast and what should not be broadcast. Broadcast content and create video edits within deadline of the given promotional time frame.
