As the General Foreman, I am responsible for all employees assigned to me, salaried and hourly, and has to ensure all are actively participating in all safety initiatives and are trained to do their jobs efficiently and safely.
Training is another area where manning readiness has to be monitored. Preparing the team to support every trade at any given time is the upmost importance. Also responsible for controlling costs and staying on schedule which affects the business and our customers
