I have a lot of experience with medical records retrieval and claims processing, and I’m used to working in fast-paced, quality-driven environments. I’m good with data, problem-solving, staying organized, and keeping everything accurate and compliant. I know my way around Microsoft Office, different retrieval systems, and I can multitask across multiple computer programs pretty easily.
I also make flyers and other visuals when needed, so I can get creative too. On top of that, I have hands-on clinical experience like phlebotomy, specimen collection, donor monitoring, and general patient care.
I’ve spent the last few years working in healthcare doing medical records retrieval, claims processing, and supporting different teams to keep things running smoothly. I’m used to handling a lot at once — pulling records, working with vendors, helping clients, checking data, and making sure everything stays accurate and HIPAA compliant. I know how to spot issues, fix them, and keep production goals on track.
I also have hands-on experience as a phlebotomist, so I’ve done venipuncture, monitored donors, and handled patient information. Overall, I’m organized, dependable, and good at adapting to whatever the job needs.
For my education, I finished high school early and earned my Associate of Arts in Business. I also completed a phlebotomy certification program with a three-month externship, so I have both classroom knowledge and hands-on experience. And right now, I’m in school working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. Overall, my education has given me a solid mix of business, healthcare, and tech skills that I use in my work.
