I am a community-focused mental health and health education professional based in Sacramento. I recently completed my bachelor’s degree early, with a background in Animal Science and Child Development, and hands-on experience in mental health outreach, peer health education, and program support.
Through my work with organizations like NAMI and campus health programs, I have supported individuals across diverse backgrounds, assisted with education and outreach initiatives, and collaborated with caregivers and professionals to promote safety, wellness, and behavior change. I am experienced in documentation, confidentiality, trauma-informed care, and maintaining a calm, supportive presence in sensitive situations.
I am currently seeking full-time, patient- or community-facing roles in mental health, healthcare, or public health as I prepare to pursue a Master of Public Health (MPH). I am especially interested in roles that allow me to grow clinically, contribute to meaningful outcomes, and support individuals and communities with compassion and professionalism.
Experience supporting individuals through mental health outreach, peer health education, and community-based programs. Skilled in maintaining patient safety, documentation, confidentiality, and de-escalation in sensitive situations. Comfortable collaborating with caregivers, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams while providing compassionate, person-centered support.
Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a Minor in Child Development, completed early. Academic background includes human development, behavior, health education, and applied care settings, supporting a strong foundation for roles in behavioral health and public health.
