My name is Brooke Livingston and I am currently a junior public health science student enrolled at Fitchburg State University. I am reaching out regarding internships for this upcoming summer. Although I am looking for an internship to pursue college-level credits, an overall justifiable experience to brighten up my knowledge and understanding of the world of public health is extremely important to me as well.
As an aspiring intern and professional, my goal is to continue to learn and gain hands-on experience in the field of Public Health. I am seeking an opportunity that will allow me to practice applying academic theory learned in the classroom to real-world situations in an effort to improve the lives and public health outcomes of individuals, families, and communities.
As a Junior in public health, I have taken courses relating to Epidemiology, Public Health in the United States, Evaluation Methods in Public Health, Environmental Health, and Health Promotion. Although I have learned so much in these classes pertaining to my major, I would love to expand my horizon when it comes to my future career.
