I am a bar consultant, mixologist, and events coordinator/producer. I produce, manage and/or operate events both large scale and private. I can staff, hire and train, bartend, menu development, conceptualize, event management, bar design, anything beverage you name it.

Opened places in Miami such as Radio Bar, Bodega, Dante’s Hifi to include bar set up, menu creation, staffing, training, and management. Worked Broken Shaker in its infancy before that, and continued to work under their ownership on the consultant side of the business.
