I am passionate about creating spaces where people and programs come together to change lives. My career has focused on strengthening communities by expanding access to resources, building partnerships, and supporting individuals in achieving stability and success.
I’ve worked with Bethlehem House to address homelessness, Renewal Ranch to expand addiction recovery programs, and now Immerse Arkansas, where I help youth who have experienced foster care, adoption, poverty, or trauma transition into adulthood with resilience and confidence.
My experience spans program growth, community engagement, and organizational strategy—ensuring nonprofits have both the resources and the vision to serve more people effectively. From securing funding and facilitating collaborations to designing outreach strategies, I thrive on connecting people, ideas, and opportunities to drive lasting change.
I’m currently pursuing my Master of Public Service at the Clinton School of Public Service, where I am building skills in program design, policy engagement, and collaborative leadership. I believe that when communities work together with compassion and intentionality, we can create opportunities for all to thrive.
