I am currently the Quality Food Safety Training Manager at Fort McCoy. I am the head chef I've developed recipes and test new products. I oversee multiple Foodservice locations on Fort McCoy. I do Quality Control Inspections and train staff on proper sanitation procedures. I'm a servsafe instructor Proctor and teach classes to new staff members and keep other updated. I support the management I oversee with any help they may need. I train all the cooks on equipment usage and following the recipes. The contract at Fort McCo is ending and I am looking to grow my career some where else.
