Caitlin Carroll

Cait is a creative 🧠 outside of the box 📦 thinker, with a serial entrepreneur spirt. She founded a private practice in 2017; she specializes in assessing and treating individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) & other developmental delays. In 2013, she received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences.

Immediately following her undergraduate degree, she received a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in ASD. In 2021, Caitlin received her Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) certification from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT).

In her clinical career, Cait has had the opportunity to directly touch the lives of over 100 children and families across clinic, in-home, & school settings. Furthermore, she has held and consulted with a variety of leadership roles across numerous organizations. From starting her private practice to helping others start & scale their own, her goals and vision remain the same; have high standards and execute on the details.

Outside of her career, Cait enjoys spending time with her son, lifting, and researching various ancillary services to help businesses expand their community footprint. Cait is also an athlete, avid reader, and enjoys learning from others.
