My name is Caleb. I am a retired Marine Corps veteran with avionics experience as well as leadership roles and skills to help me perform tasks tactically and efficiently. I have worked in Quality for 4 years and was an Avionics Technician for 5 years. I am now working as a Ramp Agent for Envoy Air, I work with GSE and personnel to support ground operations at the International Airport of Houston.
•Inspect assembly and sub-assembly work on the fuselage section of the Airbus A350 to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
•Perform visual and dimensional inspections on in-process and completed electronic units and subsystems.
•Supervised and trained over 50 technicians in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of electronic countermeasure equipment and avionics systems.
•Conducted detailed quality assurance inspections and ensured all maintenance actions were properly documented and compliant with safety and technical standards.
Guiding aircraft, loading/unloading baggage and cargo, and operating ground equipment to ensure safe and on-time departures. Agents also sort and transfer baggage and cargo, drive ground vehicles like tugs and belt loaders, and collaborate with internal teams to keep the airport running efficiently
I have attended leadership training throughout the military in efforts to not only become a subject matter expert in my field, but to be able to pick up on new skills and experiences effectively to become a valuable part of any team.
