About

Five-bay TrackMan golf club with a full restaurant, bar and patio; 24/7 member access; 3,780 sq ft, 150-person capacity

Experience

Co-Founder (General Manager through Aug 2026; remote oversight since); opened May 2026 at Chip Shots Indoor Golf Club (2025-05 – Present)

Five-bay TrackMan golf club with a full restaurant, bar and patio; 24/7 member access; 3,780 sq ft, 150-person capacity

  • Hit ∼$60K of monthly revenue in month two (∼1.4x break-even) and held it; grew to 65 membership accounts worth ∼$15K/month (92% retained); set peak/off-peak pricing and eight membership tiers that pre-sold $13K.
  • Screened sites and negotiated the lease: $327,690 of landlord-funded improvements (∼2/3 of the build-out), so the club opened with no bank debt; settled $34,048 of contractor change orders at $15,000.
  • Cut food cost to 26% and beverage cost to 14% (vs. 30%/20% targets) for a ∼41% prime cost by bidding out supply across four distributors and a bakery and costing every recipe off invoice prices; audit all vendor orders ($5K+ of errors caught).
  • Built the pre-opening operating model (3-scenario P&L, cash flow, returns, staffing) that set $50/hr launch pricing and the $496K startup budget; rebuilt it on live sales data to track actuals vs. plan and underwrite a second unit.
  • Wrote the kitchen SOPs that cut ticket times by 6 minutes, to the 15–20 minute goal; used Toast sales data to rework the menu and move weekend close from 12 AM to 10 PM.
  • Run a 15-person team through two Assistant GMs (remotely since Aug 2026): own the weekly P&L, pricing and labor (25% wages, 27.5% loaded) and sell 3–4 private events a month at $2–5K each.
  • Automated bookkeeping, reporting, membership billing, door access and TrackMan league tee sheets (three leagues, 120 spots) with Claude agents I built, reconciled against cash daily; ad buying runs at $2.03 per store visit.
  • Secured city approval for five slot machines (state license mid-2027; ∼$40K/yr); launching online ordering and delivery in November 2026 (∼$75K/yr); drew 300 guests to opening day with $3K+ of vendor sponsorship.

Member; Former Recruitment Director & Brotherhood Chair at Delta Kappa Epsilon, UGA (2023-08 – Present)

  • Rebuilt recruitment as a funnel across 1,000+ prospects, tripling event attendance and raising the close rate 25%; managed an $8K operating budget and co-developed the $120K annual chapter budget.

Golf Shop & Outside Services (250+ golfers/day) at Las Vegas Country Club; The Georgia Club (2024-05 – 2026-01)
