S6 – Information Technology Specialist Experience

Customer service representative in charge of logging and maintaining user service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction and timely ticket completion.
Responsible for in-processing/out-processing of all personnel, ensuring the correct email, network, and security accesses were granted or respectively discontinued.
Technology Specialist responsible for network and hardware troubleshooting, isolating and diagnosing common network and connectivity issues, and documenting system events to ensure future continuity/preventative measures.

Responsibilities included in-processing personnel, coordinating tasks regarding personnel records and training, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base regarding updates and changes to Army personnel, policies, and regulations.
Utilize organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and tasking and provide productive feedback in direct support of senior leadership.
