I have been in the GIS field for 8 years and earned my Bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo with a double major in Political Science and Geography. I have a Master of Science through Kent State University for Environmental GIS.
My passion for GIS is rooted in disaster response and my MS work has included the exploration of using CCTV footage to collect disaster imagery that could be used by first responders during and immediately following a natural catastrophe.
