Cesar Ramos

I’m a transportation professional with experience supervising daily operations, drivers, and fleet activities to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time service. I’ve worked closely with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance to manage schedules, handle call outs, and resolve service disruptions quickly and efficiently.

I’m known for being calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and leading fairly. I take pride in building strong relationships with drivers, improving performance through coaching, and keeping operations running smoothly while controlling costs and overtime.
