Charles Williams

I am an ambitious photographer that is looking to bring my skills into the professional workplace. I graduated high school last year (class of 2021) with an eye for art and design. A photo I took of the U.S.

Capitol won a Scholastic Art Competition National Gold Key and also won the United States Congressional Art Competition for Virginia District 7. This photo is on display in the Capitol building as well as being in an exhibit in New York City at the Brooklyn documentary center. I love working with all different people and learning everyone’s individual stories.

My past employment has mostly included working in the food industry as a server for the past three years. Having a social job as such has taught me a lot in conversion skills as well as making the customer feel comfortable and excited to be in the environment they are in. The other part of my work experience includes being an extra set of hands for a local portrait photographer. Through this I learned a lot about being efficient as well as being thorough and organized in my work.

I just recently graduated high school while taking photography as an elective. My other education was understudying the portrait photographer I worked with.
