I am a recent graduate from UC Berkeley. I received my Bachelor’s in Ancient Greek and Roman Studies (better known as Classics.) I have many years of experience in office management, customer service, administration, and running my own business. I am very well-rounded with diverse experience. I dj weddings and venues on the side. I also volunteer at KALX, SPCA, and have volunteered with FEMA in the past. I’m looking forward to finding my place back in the work force!
I spent the last four years obtaining my undergrad. Prior to that, I was an event coordinator for Urban Putt for five years. Events were the bread and butter for UP. We had approx. 14 events per week on average. Under my supervision, we saw a 24% increase in revenue!
Prior to that, I ran my own business as an esthetician in Pacific Heights for six years. I worked 7 days a week, maintaining a large client base and freelanced for Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, and Barneys as a facialist. I kept immaculate records and stayed on top of my finances using Quickbooks.
Before I started my own business, I was the office manager/ assistant for Dr. Kai Tiltmann at Financial District Chiropractic. I was involved in every aspect of the business aside from physically adjusting the patients. I did all of the scheduling, filing, ordering, phones, payment processing (including insurance claims), and handled Dr. Tiltmann’s personal travel arrangements and assisted in booking his company posture consulting.
