I currently work in advertising but am committed to helping organize immersive and whimsical events. I have had 2 years of side experience facilitating various event aspects and logistics to ensure seamless and enjoyable experiences. I am looking to move into the event coordinating and production full time and work with a team who shares the same passion for immersive experiences.

Media Coordinator- Transmission Agency (June '22- Present)

• Supported and communicated with media team on day-to-day functions.

• Tracked, reported, and provided recommendations on campaign performances
• Assisted media manager in booking profitable print, radio, and OOH advertisement spots
• Conducted media planning and reporting under the guidance and supervision of manager
• Managed day-to-day communications with key partners and clients
• Updated and maintained team documents such as briefs, media plans, IOs, and SOW

• Managed all aspects of the event planning from beginning to end; including location scouting, concept/theme design, material sourcing, guest list, and budget. 
• Crowd Control; responsible for ensuring guest safety through maintaining, observing and surveying the crowd at all times. Patrolled locations to preserve order among guest and to protect assets.
• Managed and directed up to 15 collaborators for 10+ events, as well as interviewing and assigning additional collaborators to teams within the projects.
• Created 10+ floorplans for spaces, planned and proofread cocktail menus, coordinated with bar tenders and any catering.

I hold a BA in Marketing from Dominican University of California with a concentration in Marketing and Sales and an undergrad in Art and Leadership Studies
