As an Engagement Specialist at West Pharmaceutical Services, I leverage my customer success and communication skills to create and deliver engaging content and training programs for our clients and partners. I have a BS degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Pittsburgh with a decade of experience in customer-facing roles. Previously, I worked as a Customer and Content Specialist at Healthmonix, where I managed the customer lifecycle and developed educational materials for healthcare professionals.
Before that, I was a Retirement Plan Specialist at Vanguard, where I provided guidance and support to retirement plan participants and sponsors. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their well-being, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
Masters in Social Work graduate with a focus on evaluation research and a passion for partnering with clients to meet their goals.
