I am a Yoga Alliance–certified yoga instructor who has been teaching both private and group classes for the past four years. My practice and teaching are rooted in yin, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, with an emphasis on mindful movement, breath, and nervous system regulation. I completed my 200-hour training at Moksha Yoga Amazonica in Moyobamba, Peru, and I am currently continuing my studies in somatic yoga to deepen my ability to guide students toward embodied awareness, balance, and ease.
I currently teach restorative yoga at CorePower Yoga and have been part of the CorePower teaching community for the past four years. Prior to this, I spent a year and a half teaching heated vinyasa, guiding students through energizing, breath-centered flows. My teaching is rooted in creating supportive, mindful spaces where students can reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and move with intention.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am currently deepening my studies through a master’s program in Traditional Chinese Medicine, weaving together an understanding of the mind, body, and energetic systems to support holistic well-being.
