A dedicated yoga practitioner since my early twenties, I have cultivated a deep passion for the practice, particularly in hot and Vinyasa yoga styles. Beyond my personal practice, I have actively shared my love for yoga by leading yoga and breathing exercise sessions within my private community and workplace. Recently, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Six, and I am now eager to fully transition my career from the corporate world to pursuing my passion for teaching yoga professionally.
In my previous roles within the healthcare IT sector, I developed and delivered tailored yoga programs, focusing on stress reduction, improved posture, and increased employee well-being. These initiatives were met with positive feedback and resulted in increased participation rates, demonstrating my ability to create engaging and effective yoga experiences. Furthermore, I collaborated with HR departments and wellness committees to assess employee needs and design customized yoga sessions that aligned with organizational wellness goals, contributing to a healthier and more productive work environment.
My skills encompass a strong foundation in Anatomy and Physiology, Class Planning & Sequencing, Meditation Instruction, and Pranayama Techniques. I am proficient in Vinyasa, Restorative, Hot Yoga, with a focus on Asana Alignment.
