I am a working professional with over two years of professional Human Resources experience. I also have a diverse experience working in Customer Service and Retail. Additionally, I am currently going to school for my second Master's Degree at Tiffin University with an expected graduation date of December 2023. In April 2021, I graduated with an MBA in Project Management and am a proud member of Omega Nu Lambda which is the National Honor Society for Online Learners. In addition, I am a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and also have a 1st Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.
Currently, I work as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator at Adelante Healthcare in Wickenburg, Arizona. The job has allowed myself to gain first-hand experience working with Behavioral Health patients and playing a direct role in their treatment. Additionally, I have over two years of professional experience working in Human Resources for Meadows Behavioral Healthcare. In that role, I worked in a Human Resources Department that oversaw over 600 employees and was spread out throughout Arizona, Texas and California. Furthermore, I have diverse experience working in both Customer Service and Retail in a variety of roles including as Seasonal Clerk, Cashier, Front End Supervisor, Customer Service Manager and Loss Prevention Specialist.
I am currently going to school at Tiffin University for a Master's of Science in Psychology degree with an expected graduation date of December 2023. To date, I have a cumulative GPA over 3.5 in that program. Previously, I graduated with a Masters of Business Administration in Project Management degree from Columbia Southern University in April 2021 as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree also from Columbia Southern University in October 2017. From both of those degrees, I was honored to be named a member of Omega Nu Lambda, the National Honor Society for Online Learners, and graduated in the top percentage of both graduating classes.
