I have 4 years in the Food and Beverage industry. Im a quick learner and enjoy expanding my knowledge in any subject.
Most of the knowledge I have was obtained at country club where I began as a food runner. I quickly became a server where I would also learn things behind the bar when time allowed. After a year and a half I became more involved with events where I was promoted to banquet captain.
I’ve taken some wine classes at the country club but nothing certifiable
