Clare Herzog

I'm a former music store manager from Connecticut looking for opportunities to work. I like working with my hands, am curious & creative by nature, and am a fast learner! I have experience working in retail, academia, and customer service.

I have 7+ years of experience in retail, having served as a retail associate and store manager at a brick-and-mortar music store. This position necessitated excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and job-specific knowledge. I also served as the main in-house repair technician in my time there. I have been playing music for nearly 20 years. My primary instrument is the oboe.

I hold a joint Bachelor of Arts degree in Music & Psychology from Bard College. My Senior Thesis discussed the psychological effects of musical components on the experience of film. I was awarded the Clair Leonard Scholar in 2020 and John W. Boylan Scholar in 2021. I am a member of the International Honor Society for Psychology, inducted 2021.
