Interpreting, explaining, and applying technical requirements and specifications related to manufacturing quality, determining supplier compliance with contractual requirements. All aspects of quality systems management, with extensive mechanical inspection background.

Experience in aerospace/defense/medical device related manufacturing environments. ANSI Y 14.5 surface plate mechanical inspection using a wide variety of tools and gages. Calibration and systems. Applying AS9145 & AS13002 advanced quality planning.

Receiving inspection functions (reviewing raw material, and purchase parts certifications to purchase order requirements). AS9102 first article inspection reports (Net Inspect), in process and final inspection (preparation of documentation for end item and technical data packages and customer source inspection as required).

Quality Engineering/Management functions: ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS9100 system implementation, reviewing contracts and procurement review, internal audits and training, establishment of non-conforming material review and corrective action systems, configuration management systems, QMS audits, risk management, source inspection, obtained FAA-PMA approvals.
