• Established RCM Program; utilized FMEA and criticality analysis to develop Assets Hierarchy, Complete Bill of Materials, Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMP), Critical Spares, TPM program; Initial Increase of 10% Availability
• Implemented Maintenance Metrics (KPIs) To Support OEE: Equipment Availability, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), First Time Quality, PM Compliance, Labor Cost, Equipment Cost
• Accountable for Maintenance Budget; oversee/assist in creation and submission of yearly budgets, monitor progress, report expenditures to ensure spending is within the business plan and to achieve finical targets 
• Collaborated and Negotiated Short/Long Term Support Contracts; delivered manning/equipment/vendor/ engineering support; increased equipment availability/augmented manning/reduced annual maintenance budget
• Directed 4 Skilled Trades of 120 Mechanics to maintain 30 aircraft fleet in 4 locations globally; expedited over 10K maintenance actions; raised availability/first-time repair quality; delivered over 15K successful flights
• Developed MRO/Critical Equipment/Spare/Job Kitting Plan; utilized cost effective procurement and inventory control methods to drive parts availability to reduce maintenance repair times and lower overall cost.
• Led Logistics for 30 Worldwide Movements; planned, tracked, delivered 3,500 mobility requirements for 610 personnel/80 short tons cargo; ensured capabilities were delivery on-time to multiple global locations 

• Established organizational structure for 60 hourly & 6 salary positions to provide 24hr shift coverage, leadership, management, technical support, work life balance and ensure technician success & asset reliability
