I have 32 years of call center experience. I've worked at several different call centers doing customer service and collections. I'm good at learning new software very quickly. I take feedback very well and will apply it to my job.

I graduated high school in 1984 I did not go to college. My degree in school was business I took typing, shorthand, business office education.
