Soon-to-be graduate with both a Bachelors in Communication and Art & Design, I am seeking a positive teamwork environment where I can strengthen my skills in content creation and build long lasting community relationships. I love the freedom that my creativity gives me and the unique touch that come with my artistic talents.
I have over five years' experience working in the nonprofit organization environment. Working with diverse groups of people, I have built long lasting relationships with people in the community as well as contributed to the advancement of the S.T.E.A.M. program by sourcing and budgeting for new materials. My most recent accomplishment has been increasing audience engagement through data collection and intentional messaging.
Studying both communication and art has allowed me to collaborate with community partners and work in teamwork environments to develop plans of action that promote active change in audience members. Youth advocacy, nonviolent communication methods, and period poverty campaigns are examples of topics I've had the opportunity of using theories of communication and enhancing messages with the unique visual aspect.
