I have a background in customer service of over 9 years, specifically over the phone customer service. I have worked with AT&T, Jitterbug cell phones and most recently with Trajector Disability (formerly Myler Disability). I have been in management positions for the last 4 years and understand what it takes to run a team to success.
I also know how to deal with clients and take those difficult calls when someone might be upset. I am a quick learner and a team player. I have used many programs such as Excell and Microsoft also I have a quick typing speed.
I have over 10 years of experience in call centers, specifically in customer service. I've done customer service for cell phone providers, over the phone surveys nation wide, and also out bound sales. I am proficient on a computer and most software, whatever I may be unfamiliar with I learn quickly. The last company I was with I was there for 6 years, 4 of those years I was in management.
I ran a team of 10 people, out of the 6 total teams in my department my team was consistently the #1 team on the floor. My responsibilities included distributing work for my team, tracking progress and reporting to management. Answering calls for social security and for clients, making calls to clients to get updated medical treatment or changes in contact information and calling social security for the status of their application.
As well as taking supervisor calls when clients are unhappy or wanting to fire us.
