My position at The Arc of Ulster-Greene involved setting up and deploying PCs for end-users and making sure they continue to work properly. My job duties included using Active Directory and Group Policy to configure PC settings. I was also responsible for deploying and maintaining Chromebooks and Chromebases via the Chrome Management Console.
In addition, I was responsible for processing helpdesk tickets for handling problems and questions that end-users might have (using the SysAid helpdesk system).
