Trained vocalist with a history of retail management, coffee brewing, and animal care! I am looking for a full-time job, and hope to expand my passions into more than just a hobby.

Animal Care Associate at LASPCA (2026-04 – 2026-09)

• Provide enrichment for all shelter animals, including but not limited to play groups, 1:1 play time, kongs, basic training, and walks.
• Clean assigned room kennels with proper veterinary cleaning supplies such as Rescue.
• Work closely with the shelter clinic to administer basic oral and topical medicines, bring specific animals to surgery, weigh kittens, and report potential illnesses or injuries.

Lead Canine Coach/Front Desk Receptionist at Dogtopia (2026-01 – 2026-09)

• Watch and care for large groups of dogs in a playroom, making sure they are both happy and healthy.
• Keep track of all laundry, dishes, meals and medicine, baths, meet and greets, and other miscellaneous lead specific duties on scheduled lead shifts.
• Keep playrooms clean both during and outside of playtime hours, using pet safe cleaners to mop floors, scrub walls, sterilize crates, etc.
• Be aware of dog breeds, behaviors, sicknesses and symptoms, as well as basic medical care.
• Check in/out boarders and daycare dogs, offer special events and lunch plans, contact leads, and sign new pet parents up for our array of programs.

Assistant Store Manager and SOC Ambassador at Spirit Halloween (2025-07 – 2025-11)

• In charge of opening and closing the store, leading teams, handling money and bank deposits, hiring new talent, and returns/exchanges.
• Store ambassador for our Spirit of Children program; tasks include educating new talent on our program, getting customers excited about our story, collecting donations, assisting with the annual party at our partner hospital, and keeping a positive head throughout the store.
• Work doesn’t stop after daily meetings- I am also on the floor, on the register, unloading trucks, cleaning windows, installing signs, and de-escalating customer disputes.
• Management is also on duty for building and breaking down each store. Wall set-up/tear down, planogramming, and inventory are mandatory.

Cashier/Trainer/Barista at Starbucks (2022-08 – 2023-08)

• Handle cash transactions, take orders properly and efficiently, and greet each customer warmly.
• Craft all coffees, juices, and teas available on the menu.
• Memorize the menu in order to provide the best recommendations and create coffee in the fastest manner possible.
• Keep the bar and food warming areas clean at all times.

Key Holder at Spirit Halloween (2024-08 – 2024-11)

• Responsible for opening/closing the store when management is out.
• Keep products organized, planogram walls as needed by the company.
• Engage with customers and assist with recommendations and final sales.

Bartender at SLUSH (2024-12 – 2025-07)

• Take orders through the POS system, make daiquiri mixes and jello shots, make customers’ drinks, make and hand out pizza orders.
• In charge of both drinks and clean up- assisted in store closing each day.
• Must be able to lift very heavy drink mix tubs, handle freezers, and work 8 to 12 hour night shifts.
