Currently serving as the Director of Vocational Rehabilitation for the State of North Dakota, Damian excels in strategic planning, leadership, and building coalitions to support clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. With a proven track record of increasing key metrics and employee engagement, Damian is committed to making a positive impact.

Previously, as an Enterprise Executive Director and Senior Director at Sanford Health, Damian demonstrated expertise in developing innovative programs and operational models. His accomplishments include establishing standardized clinic service lines and guiding his clinical network to become the largest nationally certificated network of its type. In addition to his professional achievements, Damian actively contributes to his community through various charities and community boards.
