• 15+ years as a Risk Officer in risk management and risk project management experience in NY investment banks, including Credit risk and Regulatory risk.
• 15+ years as a software developer, software project manager and department head, designing and building risk management, trading and back office systems for banks.
• 20+ years working with Federal regulatory agencies (Fed Reserve, etc.) to identify, plan and implement remediation initiatives spanning global organizations.
• Operating in global, complex organizations spanning multiple time zones.
• Projects involved credit risk, market risk, business continuity risk, operational risk and regulatory risk.
• Successfully led multidisciplinary projects involving C-suite, attorneys, risk managers, sales & trading, accounting, regulators and compliance, amongst others.
