Daniel's responsibilities at Buddy's included assisting in prepping various seafood items, operating gas grill, operating fryer, operating cold/sandwich station, operating steamer, and cleaning/closing back of house. Items cooked included grilled and fried fish, shrimp, calamari, steak, burgers, and chicken.
