With 10+ years of creative development/programming experience across TV/film, digital, and print, I've a hybrid set of skills; an eye for talent, an ability to tell a compelling story, and a drive to lead a team by example. An enthusiastic follower of emerging tech and global content platforms, I'm also a people person at heart who believes the best ideas are based on collaboration.

Realm Entertainment is a Los Angeles-based startup led by a talented production team from all 4 corners of the industry.

Our mission is to create spectacularly diverse entertainment that captivates a global audience while breaking brilliant undiscovered talent (above and below-the-line), and financially endowing our HBCUs.

• Oversees creative development for Realm's FILM/TV content — from pitch to production. Runs point on developing all incoming IP, including unpublished books, articles, films and other narrative material.
• Sourced creative partnerships, advocacy sponsorship, social justice advocacy and investors aligned with Realm's mission and marketing/PR strategy.
• Conceptualized the inaugural film, STEAL AWAY's graphic design visuals branding and marketing aesthetic.

Publisher for one of the fastest growing, privately held media companies in the U.S.; manageseditorial + design teams.

Assigns stories; directs photo shoots, address all media challenges to improve the quality of the platforms.

• Conceived and launched 2 award-winning content magazines; oversees written and visual content to be featured in print media editions; work closely with my publication staff and freelance contributors.
• Creates sales parameters and policies regarding all publications and their advertising deliverables, taking quality and originality as the most important aspects; ensures full project accuracy prior to deadlines.
• Executed 360* marketing campaigns from start to finish. Implements creative strategies to grow brands, revenue, and audience. Partners with contributors, decision makers, and clients to expand publications’ footprint.

• Sourced and assessed various IP, books, stories, and scripts for consideration; identified and cultivated fresh ideas for clients; participated in the development process to generate script drafts and character designs.

Director of Development

Managed digital, television, and film content development and production for LA-based start-up; identified new and existing intellectual property and soughtout existing foreign entertainment to re-brand for US and international markets.

• Presided over a development department in constant support of 35 West’s creative team; generated original episodic,

animation projects for film / television production, including writing notes, providing feedback, creating talent lists.

• Supervised writers and animators based in Argentina, and local VO talent, identified producers and directors based upon the vision of a project. Pitched Guy Logicanimatics, script bibles to ESPN Digital Networks, Fox Sports

COMEDY CENTRAL 2008 – 2012

Coordinator / Original Programming and Development

Coordinated the development process for the network to meet all production deliverables for network programming.

• Involved in all aspects of department; tracked scripts/talent, participated in staff meetings, gave notes, coverage and created project grids. Attended pitches/generals and scouted comedic talent. Managed all administrative for 2 busy VP

Current Programming executives, incl. maintaining calendars, submissions, calls/agenda and expense reports.

• Partnered with Atom Films to air original webseries and pick-ups;The Kroll Show, Key & Peele, Workaholics. Worked with creators of South Park, Drunk History, Demetri Martin, Sarah Silverman . Developed The Geniuses pilot.
