Professional with a Finance degree and experience with back office operations/support for post-trade clearing, settlements, and reconciliations.
Experience
- Experience with Wall Street Office to review and update trade tickets
- Create and coordinate closing documentation for trade pipeline
- Process trades in subledger and setup wiring information when needed
- Process and confirm trades on LevPro trading platform
- Trade Settlements on ClearPar and Wall Street Office (WSO) applications
- Trade Reconciliations
- Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of trade workflow, coordinating with business units or external parties for settlements
- Process KYC/Onboarding for counterparty using Kreller application as well as working with counterparties to onboard Antares entities
- Work with Tax, Finance, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Treasury for trade settlement inquiries
- Ensure timely application and release of funds as well as working with Treasury for forecasting of activity
- Assist in projects and identification of issues and areas for process improvements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Louis University
