I've been a server for my entire career, over 15 years. I'm from Rome, Italy and I'm 33 years old. As of right now if like to transition into fine dining and San Francisco is the city to do it in!
My career starts at 11, picking up my first plate in my father's restaurant in Frascati, Italy.
We then open another restaurant closer to downtown in 2009 and that's when I fall in line with this profession.
Since 2019 I've been travelling the world for work and have the pleasure to live in Iceland, Dubai and all over the USA.
High school diploma obtained in 2009 in Rome, Italy.
