I am a Community-Centered Business Strategist, Entrepreneurial Advisor, and Brand Revitalization Expert.

I build, grow, and guide mission-driven businesses from the ground up or back from the brink — often transforming them into community staples and award-winning operations. I see opportunity in current businesses and organizations where other's don't, often when things aren't looking well for that enterprise. Whether it’s turning around failing ventures, mentoring new entrepreneurs, or scaling a family-owned restaurant into a local institution, my work lives at the intersection of strategy, brand identity, operational excellence, and community engagement.

The how I accomplish this is seeing opportunity, and each organization and business is different in some aspects, while sharing similar baseline concerns. I work directly with business and people to create an understanding of where they are, and we develop, create and grow from that point.

I am a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with over 20 years of experience leading, growing, and revitalizing businesses and nonprofits across the Pacific Northwest. My career spans a diverse portfolio of ventures — including a successful family-owned restaurant and taphouse, a nationally recognized nonprofit serving youth and families, and several startup and turnaround projects in hospitality and beverage industries as well as nonprofits and youth/family involved service organizations.

My leadership has consistently driven growth, increased revenue, and earned recognition at local and state levels. I have developed award-winning business models, created jobs in underserved areas, and helped multiple organizations achieve top rankings in Oregon’s Top 100 awards. As a founder and partner in businesses like Vino Oregon, Chehalem Valley Brewing, and Aim High PDX, I have overseen operations, marketing, brand development, and community outreach — often rebuilding neglected ventures into vibrant, profitable enterprises.

Beyond my own ventures, I serve as a trusted advisor to new entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and community-focused businesses. I specializes in brand strategy, operational systems, and building customer experiences that drive loyalty and growth. My work is grounded in purpose, people, and practical solutions — empowering others to build businesses that thrive and give back.

I have successfully transformed Chehalem Valley Brewing, a struggling business with 10 years of history, into a multi-location, multi-million dollar operation. After revitalizing the brand and overhauling operations, he grew the brewery’s annual revenue from $30K to over $2M in just two years. Through strategic marketing, operational efficiencies, and community-driven branding, I not only saved the business but expanded it, adding new locations, increasing production capacity by 100%, and boosting staff productivity.

My leadership fostered a sustainable growth trajectory with consistent monthly growth and recognition as a top performer in the local hospitality industry.
