• Ensured all communication, audio visual, public address and video teleconferencing (VTC) assets were functional and employed to support the 1CD Rear Detachment.

Maintained over 99.9% operating rating on a satellite network consisting of 150 circuits providing Classified/Unclassified internet, telephone, and VTC access to 64 Units in 3 countries.
