10 plus years in high end retail throughout the Bay Area, San Francisco, and Marin County , as well as 3 years in providing world renowned hospitality at The Filmore and Warfield under Bill Graham Present’s. 4 years as an Animal Services Officer in Marin county , I have been able to apply my experiences throughout the customer care industry to many diverse communities.

prior to that I am certified with Marin county sheriff in Crisis Intervention Training, as well as certified in FEMA disaster management.
