I have recently retired from the telecommunications industry. I have had the opportunity to serve in many different roles that have allowed me to learn many skills. This includes leadership of teams, office support, support for internal and external customers, customer service inbound and outbound call center, administrative support and Microsoft programs.
My professional experience has been wide and has created a number of key skills for me. This has allowed me to develop and grow my strengths and weaknesses of building professional relationships, organizational strategies, efficiency, contribute to streamlining processes, professional customer service, and communications to name a few.
Most relevant education is with Pace University for Associate's Degree in Telecommunications Technology graduated 2012.
