I have been in senior living field for 39 years, of which 29 years as LNHA. I enjoy connecting with staff members, residents, families, and vendors. I excel at leading a team to improve the customer experience and achieve organizational goals.
Most recently served as administrator at Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River for over 5 years. I then transitioned into Project Manager role at corporate office for about 1½ years, but this role will be eliminated due to state budget cuts to nursing home industry on 9/30/25. Previously, served as Administrator/CEO for Mother of Mercy Senior Living in Albany for over 5 years. I also served as Executive Director for Volunteers of America National Services for 10 years. Primarily at Anoka Care Center, but also a short time (10 months) at Crystal Care Center before it was sold to a for-profit operator. I ensured there was a smooth transition to new ownership and administrator.
Completed Long-Term Care Administrator license course at the University of Minnesota in 1997.
