• Responsible for maintaining USAISEC & CECOM inspection readiness of Primary Hand Receipt.
• Responsible for researching AESIP numbers in the AESIP, for all new property to be placed on the USAISEC Property Book.
• Responsible for maintaining APSR (DPAS): Cataloging which includes changes stock and correcting stock numbers, making sure there are valid equipment control codes, valid IT Device codes, and equipment group assets categories.
• Responsible for running logistics inquiries using DPAS, Logistics Information Warehouse, Defense Logistics Agency RBI e-docks and the AESIP.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating property cataloging which requires multiple search engines such as DPAS, AESIP, and web searches. The research information shall be sent via snapshot to the ASEIP Team as supporting documentation when requesting an AESIP number. Maintain hard copy of each number in the PBO files.
• Responsible for annotating all equipment and property being turned into the PBO on the Government provided worksheet on the SharePoint. Document all Register in stock number assigned sequentially.
• Responsible for inspecting turn in/issue documents to ensure correct stock number, AESIP number, Line-item number (LIN), manufacture cage code is being submitted.
• Responsible for managing the Monthly Cyclic Inventory Reports to ensure there are no discrepancies and ensure they are distributed to the USAISEC directorates. File the final Monthly 10% Cyclic Inventory Reports.
• Responsible for managing the Quarterly Sensitive Inventory ensuring there are no discrepancies and ensure they are distributed to the USAISEC directorates. File the final Quarterly Sensitive Inventory Reports.
• Responsible for updating Notice of Delegation of Authority, DA Form 1687, DA Form 3161, DA Form 1348, Da Form 4949, Maintenance request 2407, and distributing it as directed by the PBO.
• Responsible for conducting physical inventory.
• Responsible for investigating stock, record, & material discrepancies.
• Responsible for ensuring incoming equipment has no damage, correct documentation, and serial numbers.
• Responsible for completing work using supply regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for establishing supply channels to perform a wide range of standard clerical assignments and resolve recurring problems.
• Responsible for receipt, storage, issue, and replenishment of a wide variety of items.
